Alen Leathercraft
2025
This project connected the website, CRM, email communication, WooCommerce and advertising tracking into one automated customer-acquisition workflow.
The point was not a popup alone, but a connected system: from visitor to tracked lead, coupon and return to the store. Conditional logic prevents duplicate coupon delivery; Meta Pixel and campaign technical setup provide the foundation for measurable paid acquisition.

Alen Leathercraft
The submitted visitor is not simply emailed and forgotten. The contact is stored in the CRM together with coupon status.
The system can distinguish a new lead from a contact who already received the offer, and the business retains the lead for follow-up.
When the popup form is submitted, the automation checks whether the contact already has welcome-coupon information and branches.
If the field is empty: update the contact, create/assign the 10% coupon, send the coupon email and notify Alen. If a coupon already exists: do not issue another unnecessarily; follow the existing-contact path.
This is conditional automation, not a simple linear form-to-email sequence.
The coupon email is generated and sent automatically. It uses contact data dynamically, including the customer’s first name and the generated discount.
The customer receives a personalised greeting, coupon confirmation, 10% discount details, usage instructions and a button back to the Alen Leathercraft store. Manual processing of each new lead is no longer required.
A timed popup appears after a defined amount of time rather than immediately, so the visitor can first browse the store.
It offers a 10% discount on the next order and collects first name, last name, email and explicit marketing consent. Form submission becomes the trigger for the downstream automation.
For a new lead, the system automatically creates or assigns a usable WooCommerce 10% coupon and attaches it to the contact.
Coupon status remains stored so later workflow logic can check for duplicates.
The Meta Pixel was connected to the website. Technical setup for the Meta campaign was also implemented so the site can sit inside a measurable advertising workflow.
Path: Meta ad → website → visitor interaction → popup / lead → CRM → email / coupon → store. This documents tracking infrastructure, not campaign results.
